Giveaway Period: The giveaway starts on 21st of June 2025 at 09:00 AM BST and ends on 20th of July 2025 at 11:59 PM BST. Entries received after this period will not be considered. 

Winner Announcement: The winner will be announced on social media and contacted by email on 31st of July.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Sponsor: Evolution Power Tools Limited, Venture One, Longacre Close, Holbrook Industrial Estate, Sheffield S20 3FR. 

2. Prize: One (1) Evolution R185CCSX-Li Cordless Circular Saw and 2.8m Track Bundle (Worth: £399.98). The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered. 

3. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so. 

4. Eligibility: Open only to residents of the United Kingdom, Isle of Man, or Channel Islands who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. 

5. Exclusions: Employees, directors, officers, and immediate family members of Evolution Power Tools Limited are not eligible to enter or win. 

6. Giveaway Period: Begins on 21st of June 2025 at 09:00 AM BST and ends on 20th of July 2025 at 11:59 PM BST. 

7. Odds of Winning: Depend on the total number of eligible entries received. 

8. Winner Selection: The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. 

9. Winner Notification & Prize Claim: 

  • The winner will be notified via email during the last week of July 2025. 
     If you have not heard from us by the end of July, it means you were not selected as the winner of the giveaway. 

  • The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize by replying via email within 14 days. 

  • Prizes will be dispatched within 30 days of confirmation. 

10. Publicity: The winner may be required to participate in promotional activities, including the publication of their name and photograph in media. 

11. Entry Requirements: Entrants must be the authorized account holder of a valid email. 

12. Technical Issues: The sponsor is not responsible for: 

  • Telecommunication, network, electronic, or computer failures. 

  • Inaccurate transcription of entry information. 

  • Errors in promotional materials or these Terms & Conditions. 

  • Lost, misdirected, delayed, or damaged entries. 

13. Right to Modify or Cancel: The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway at any time without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances. If cancelled, a winner will be selected from eligible entries received before cancellation. 

14. Disqualification: The sponsor may disqualify entrants who: 

  • Violate these Terms & Conditions. 

  • Attempt to abuse, threaten, or harass others. 

  • Engage in disruptive behaviour. 

15. Legal Jurisdiction: The giveaway is governed by English law, and entrants agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
