Every day between 26th October and Halloween we’ll be hiding a Jack-O-Lantern for you to find. He could be anywhere on the website and you’ll find clues hidden on our social media channels, or tucked away within one of our email, SMS or push customer communications. If you're not subscribed to receive email and push now might be a good time to sign up, especially as it means you'll receive all our brilliant Black Friday deal announcements once they start.

Each day our Jack-O-Lantern will be in a different location on the website and all you have to do is find him and submit your answer to the question in bold below via email to be in with a chance of winning that days prize. 

There are 6 items in the overall prize list, one for each day that the competition runs, starting 26th October.  The total prize value is over £1,000 and prizes range form our Wet-n-Dry Workshop Vac all the way up to our RAGE5-S Table Saw.

To win, email your entry to Submit competition entry stating where and on which day you found the Jack-O-Lantern graphic, you can include a screen shot if that makes it easier. Also include your answer to the following question “I deserve to be the winner today because ?”

Winners for each day will be drawn on the following day at midday.

Rules

A. This competition is organised and run by Evolution Power Tools Ltd. (company number: 03442268) whose registered office is at Venture One, Longacre Close, Holbrook Industrial Estate, Sheffield S20 3FR. 
B. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. 
C. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter or win the prizes specified. 
D. Open only to residents of the UK, who, at the time of entry, are 18 years of age or older. 
E. The complete prize fund list is given above, no swaps or cash alternatives will be offered.
F. Evolution Power Tools will cover the cost of UK postage for all winners. No international postage is offered and this competition is only open to UK residents. 
G. The daily winner will be drawn at midday on the following day, each day for the duration of the competition. So the 1st winner will be drawn on midday Wednesday the 27th and the last winner will be drawn on Nov 1st at midday. Entries received after the winner has been drawn will not be considered.
H. Entries must be submitted via email to Submit Competition Entry  Each entry must include your name, address and a written answer to the question " I deserve to be the winner today because? " 
I. Evolution employees, directors, officers or members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter or win the competition. 
J. The winners will be chosen by Evolution based on the quality, humour and inspiration of their answer to the daily question.  
K. This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube or Vimeo.
L. All entries received will be verified by Evolution Power Tools Ltd. and will be notified via the email through which they submitted their entry. The winners will be asked to provide a delivery address at the point of notification. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not respond within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. 
M. The winners may be asked to participate in publicity related to the competition which may include the publication of their name and/or Facebook/Instagram profile in any media. 
N. Entries generated by a script, macro, or other automated means will be disqualified. 
O. Entries we believe to be created by another individual will be disqualified. 
P. Entries that are incomplete, non-deliverable for any reason, garbled, corrupted, or unintelligible for any reason, including, but not limited to, computer or network malfunction or congestion, are void and will not be accepted. 
Q. The decision of Evolution Power Tools Ltd. in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
R. Evolution Power Tools Ltd. is not responsible for telecommunications, network, electronic, technical, or computer failures of any kind; for inaccurate transcription of entry information; for errors in any promotional or marketing materials or in these official rules; for any human or electronic (including but not limited to programming) error; or for entries that are stolen, misdirected, garbled, delayed, lost, late, damaged, illegible or returned. 
S. Evolution Power Tools Ltd. reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition or any element thereof (including, without limitation, these official rules) without notice in any manner and for any reason (including, without limitation, in the event of any unanticipated occurrence that is not fully addressed in these official rules). In the event of cancellation, modification, or suspension, Evolution Power Tools Ltd. reserves the right to select winners in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the time of the event warranting such cancellation, modification, or suspension. 
T. Evolution Power Tools Ltd. may prohibit any entrant or potential entrant from participating in the competition, if such entrant or potential entrant shows a disregard for these official rules; acts with an intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrant, Evolution Power Tools Ltd., our agents or representatives, including but not limited to the competition Entities; or behaves in any other disruptive manner (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). 
U. The competition is governed by, and will be construed in accordance with, English law and each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws.
