The Evolution S165CCS-Li brings professional steel cutting performance to the cordless platform. Designed specifically for metal cutting applications, it combines cordless freedom, precision cutting and jobsite portability in a compact, easy-to-handle package. Using Evolution cold-cutting technology, the S165CCS-Li cuts steel in seconds, producing smooth, square, burr-free finishes that are cool to the touch straight off the blade. Unlike abrasive cutting methods, there are virtually no sparks, no harmful dust and no blade flex, helping you work more safely while achieving a superior finish with less clean-up and rework.

Powered by a high-torque 18V brushless motor and fitted with a cordless-optimised 40-tooth thin kerf blade, the S165CCS-Li is engineered to maximise cutting performance and runtime.   • The repair or replacement of your machine (at Evolution’s discretion), if your machine is found to be defective due to faulty materials, workmanship or function within the warranty period (if any part is no longer available or out of manufacture, Evolution will replace it with a functional replacement part).

Evolution does not warrant the repair or replacement of a product when the following has occurred;
