 1. Making A Purchase. (UK Only)

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit and debit card payments such as Visa, MasterCard and Maestro as well as American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal and Shopify Pay. When confirmation of the order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Free next day (Mon - Fri) shipping is usually available on orders over £30 in value for delivery in England and Wales. 

Shipping Rates for all of Scotland including Island and Highlands are based on order size, volume and value. In most cases a subsidized Yodel delivery option is available. We will always show you all of the available shipping options and allow you to select your preferred service. Delivery times may to extended areas maybe be as long as dispatch time + 5 days, see details below.

If you require shipment to an area within the UK that cannot be displayed during checkout, please contact our customer support to arrange a one-off dispatch.

 In the unlikely event that you have not received all goods within this expected delivery time, please contact our customer support team.

Orders placed after 4:45pm, Monday - Friday, or placed on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched the next business day (this excludes bank holidays).

Evolution Power Tools UK headquarters is based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. We do not ship goods from Sheffield to any residential area outside the UK, including Republic of Ireland. For residential / domestic orders, the following postcodes are unavailable for next day delivery. All orders shipped to the following areas will have a subsidised postage charge applied.

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Claims or returns less than 30 days from date of purchase should be handled by the retailer you purchased from.
If you purchased your product direct from Evolution, the following applies:

• You may cancel your order by giving us notice of cancellation within 45 days of the date of delivery. 
• Such notice must be given by mailing, faxing or emailing us using the information on our contact page.
• If you are cancelling because of any problem with the goods, please notify us of the problem at the time of cancellation.
• On cancellation you must return the goods at your cost unless the goods are being returned because they are faulty. In which case you should contact us and we will arrange for our carrier to collect the faulty item. Please be aware we will only collect the item from the original delivery address.
• Claims for none-delivery where the customer maintains that a fraud or theft has taken place must be submitted within 14 days of the sent date of delivery confirmation email from Evolution power Tools, and must be submitted with a Police crime reference number.
• Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

Please note: Returning your product within 45 days of purchasing direct from Evolution.

• The product MUST be unused and in a re-sellable condition. Returned in the original packaging for safe return.
• The products returned MUST be complete and include all items supplied, including blade and accessories. There should be no parts missing, or have any adaptations or changes to the product.

• Where customers wish to return items from a discounted bundle no discount will be offered on the retained items. Retained items will be charged at their individual website selling price on the day of purchase. Bundle discounts cannot be transferred or apportioned to individual items within a bundle.

• A returned product without the Evolution blade will be deemed to have had an incorrect blade fitted and using the product incorrectly, therefore the warranty becomes void, and a refund of that product will not be processed.
• All products shall be returned prepaid freight to Evolution Power Tools.
