These terms and conditions (T&C’s) govern your agreement with Evolution Power Tools Limited, Company Number (3442208) whose registered office is at Venture One, Longacre Close, Holbrook Industrial Estate, Sheffield S20 3FR (“Evolution”) in respect of an Evolution subscription plan. By choosing to purchase an Evolution subscription plan you agree and accept these supplementary Terms and Conditions.
All products sold by Evolution are sold on the basis of the online terms and conditions of sale, a copy of which are at https://evolutionpowertools.com/uk/terms_conditions/. These Ts & Cs only apply where products are bought under a subscription plan and in the event there is any inconsistency between these Ts & Cs and the online terms and conditions of sale, these Ts & Cs shall take precedence.
 
General Terms & Conditions For All Evolution Subscription Plans
 
1. Who can subscribe?
 
Customers must be at least 18 years old and reside in the UK, CI & IoM by agreeing to take out an Evolution subscription plan you are confirming that you are at least 18 years of age and have capacity to contract with Evolution. There is no limit to the amount of Evolution Subscription Plans you take out. You will need a bank account and/or credit card account when completing your application for a subscription plan.
 
2. How do the payments work?
 
Your Evolution subscription plan has a fixed cost. The initial payment will be followed by recurring periodic charges as agreed to by you when you sign up for the Evolution Subscription Plan. The Subscription plan will give you the ability to specify how regularly you would like to order auto-replacing products. This monthly fee is fixed and varies in accordance with the subscription plan that you select.
 
3. Do I have to be an Evolution Member to purchase a subscription plan?
 
Yes, you will need to register via www.evolutionpowertools.com to sign up for any of our subscription plans as set out on the site.
 
4. Failed payments.
 
If you fail to pay the monthly fee, Evolution’s automated system will reattempt again to collect payment until successful. All orders will be placed on hold until payment is received. Any outstanding balance (if any) will be carried forward so the next payment due will be for the previous order and the current order. If no payment is then processed your subscription plan will then be terminated and no further deliveries of products will be made and you will be liable to Evolution for any outstanding balance (if any) on your plan.
 
5. Security checks.
 
To ensure that your credit card or bank account is being used by you with your consent, we reserve the right to validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third-party databases.
 
6. Terminating your subscription.
 
If you wish to terminate your subscription, you may do so by accessing your account on www.evolutionpowertools.com, or by contacting UK Support Team on 0114 251 1022. You will not be entitled to a refund for any monthly fees already paid at the date of termination. If you decide to cancel your subscription, this does not affect your statutory rights.
 
7. Terms of use.
 
Evolution reserves the right to change these Ts & Cs. Should that be the case, we will provide you with a copy of such changes with a minimum 30 days’ notice to give you the opportunity to terminate your subscription prior to the introduction of any such changes.
 
Evolution Subscription Plan Specific Terms & Conditions
 
1. How much is it?
 
The amount you pay will vary depending on the subscription plan you select. The initial payment will be followed by recurring periodic charges as agreed to by you when you sign up for the Subscription. The Subscription plan will give you the ability to specify how regularly you would like to order auto-replacing products.
 
2. When are payments due?
 
The first monthly fee is due at the time you sign up to the Evolution subscription plan. The recurring fee is to be paid by credit/debit card. The subsequent fees will be payable on the same day of the month as when your subscription is activated if you pay by credit/debit card.
 
3. What’s included in the Evolution subscription plan?
 
You will receive a quantity of Evolution Blades in accordance with the subscription plan you have selected, delivered to the address registered by you on registering your account. Evolution Subscription Plan also includes free delivery on all orders of for UK mainland only. Additional charges apply for UK non-mainland and extended areas. 4. How long does the Evolution subscription plan last?
 
The Evolution subscription plan can be cancelled at any time with no charge to you. It can be terminated by contacting UK Support Team on 0114 251 1022,by sending an email confirmation to customer.services@evolutionpowertools.com or using the “Cancel” button in your online Account created when you registered.
 
5. Discount Codes
 
Affiliate discount codes can be applied at the checkout for subscription plan products. This is only available to customers who are logged into the website, affiliate codes cannot be used by guest accounts for blade subscriptions.
Please note: 'EVO Point' discount codes can not be applied to the checkout for subscription plan products, unfortunately this is due to a technical restriction beyond our control.
