Refund policy

 

Claims or returns less than 30 days from date of purchase should be handled by the retailer you purchased from. If you purchased your product direct from Evolution, the following applies:

• You may cancel your order by giving us notice of cancellation within 45 days of the date of delivery.
• Such notice must be given by mailing, faxing or emailing us using the information on our contact page.
• If you are cancelling because of any problem with the goods, please notify us of the problem at the time of cancellation.
• On cancellation you must return the goods to us at your cost unless the goods are being returned because they are faulty. In which case you should contact us and we will arrange for our carrier to collect to the faulty item.
• Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

Please note: Returning your product within 45 days of purchasing direct from Evolution.

• The product MUST be unused and in a re-sellable condition. Returned in the original packaging for safe return.
• The product returned MUST include all items supplied, including blade and accessories. There should be no parts missing, or have any adaptations or changes to the product.
• A returned product without the Evolution blade will be deemed to have had an incorrect blade fitted and using the product incorrectly, therefore the warranty becomes void.
• All products shall be returned prepaid freight to Evolution Power Tools.
