The green-wood blade is designed for pruning and cutting fresh branches, logs and fuel wood. Its reinforced tooth design and precision-ground cutting edges remove material quickly, helping the blade progress efficiently through moist and fibrous timber.

Use the general wood blade for seasoned timber and everyday wood-cutting applications. Its 4mm tooth pitch provides a practical balance between cutting speed and control, while the plunge-point design helps begin suitable plunge cuts in softer wood materials.

Evolution reciprocating saw blades use a standard universal fitment pattern. They are compatible with Evolution reciprocating saws and most reciprocating saws from other manufacturers.

Choose the green-wood blade for pruning, cutting freshly felled branches, garden clearance and preparing firewood. Its aggressive tooth design provides the clearance needed to remove moist wood fibres efficiently.

Use the general wood blade for seasoned timber and everyday wood-cutting jobs where a balance of speed and control is required.

Secure loose timber and branches whenever possible. Keep the reciprocating saw’s contact plate firmly against the material and guide the blade through the wood using steady pressure. Avoid forcing the blade, as this can reduce blade life and increase the risk of breakage.
