The S210CCS Heavy Duty Metal Cutting Circular Saw is designed for professional fabricators, steelworkers and workshop users who need maximum cutting capacity, precision and repeatable performance from a portable circular saw platform. Combining the flexibility of a handheld saw with the performance expected from workshop cutting equipment, the S210CCS is built for larger profiles, thicker materials and demanding daily use.

The large 50T, 210mm TCT blade provides up to 77mm depth of cut and is capable of cutting steel plate up to 13mm thick and steel wall thicknesses up to 6mm. Unlike abrasive saws, Evolution cold-cutting technology cuts faster, cleaner and with virtually no sparks. The premium TCT blade produces cool-to-touch, burr-free cuts that are ready to weld straight from the saw, with no need for additional finishing or clean-up. With no harmful abrasive dust and significantly reduced heat build-up, the S210CCS creates a cleaner, safer and more efficient working environment.
Engineered for precision and repeatability, the S210CCS features a shadow line cut guide, large blade viewing window and heavy-duty steel base with integrated sight lines for accurate cut alignment. The full-length parallel edge guide helps maintain straight cuts across larger materials, while the adjustable depth control makes plunge cutting simple and effective for sheet steel and roofing applications.
Heavy-duty use demands intelligent protection, which is why the S210CCS includes an overload monitoring system that provides a visual warning if the motor is under excessive load or approaching overheating conditions. Ambidextrous ergonomic handles with rubber over-mould grips, combined with the safety trigger lock-off, provide excellent control and comfort during long cutting sessions, whether in the workshop or on-site.
The integrated onboard chip collection system captures up to 60% more metal chips than previous Evolution models, helping keep workspaces cleaner and reducing downtime spent clearing waste. The high-capacity collector features a quick-release mechanism for fast emptying and easier blade changes, while the integrated cooling vent helps reduce heat build-up during continuous use.
For even greater cutting accuracy, the S210CCS is compatible with the optional Track Adaptor and Evolution Guide Rail system, allowing the saw to function as a heavy-duty track saw for straight, controlled cutting in sheet steel and large panels.
