Frontline troops making a difference

As a nation, we take pride in our Armed Forces, and never more so as they battle to get NHS Nightingale hospitals open for patients seriously ill with Covid-19.

March 28, 2020: Our Armed Services personnel have played a critical role in getting beds ready at NHS Nightingale hospitals as the NHS adapts to the changing needs of our country during this global pandemic. In typical Armed Forces style, our brave men and women on the frontline along with private contractors and tradespeople are working day and night to ready NHS Nightingale hospitals so they can receive and treat patients suffering from the effects of the Covid-19 outbreak.

We at Evolution Power Tools are proud to see our tools being put to good use in the hands of our brave troops and frontline workers; making a difference when our country is in need, standing side by side with the thousands of frontline workers who are going the extra mile every day to ensure we beat this global pandemic, so all of our lives can return to normal.

Mark O'Halloran from Colchester shares a sentiment a lot of us will recognise and appreciate right now, applauding the efforts of our brave frontline troops and workers: "Sometimes you just need to get stuck in - regardless!!! Our boys at their best, dig in, and make safe. To our Troops (we applaud)"

We at Evolution Power Tools are doing our bit too by "getting stuck in!" Our warehouse and operational teams around the globe are going above and beyond every day as we respond to the changing needs of those skilled tradespeople keeping essential services up and running. We're not just talking about helping our brave men and women from the Armed Services, we're also making sure all our tradespeople can get the tools they need to carry out those essential maintenance jobs that keep the hospitals, ambulance and fire stations, power companies, police stations, care homes and the many other frontline services open as the country adapts to this crisis.
